Lufthansa opens a new Cargo Cool Center

Lufthansa opened the Cargo Cool Center (LCCC) on 06.12.2011. BMP was commissioned with project management for this project. The Cargo Cool Center was erected with only 6 months of construction time and has 4,500 m² over four different temperature-controlled refrigerated spaces and a deep-freeze storage cell. When opening the Competence Center, Product and Sales Board Member Dr. Andreas Otto stated the great importance of temperature-sensitive freight before 200 invited guests: "Our Cool/td product keeps gaining significance for Lufthansa Cargo due to growth rates of 15 %. With Lufthansa Cargo Cool Center you can transport temperature-controlled shipments even faster, more reliably and more efficiently through the hub".
